How the team works together
Assessment → design → install → after-sales
Site assessors capture roof, load and budget on the property. Technical turns that into a SANS and SSEG compliant design. Sales walks you through the quote without overselling capacity. Two installation teams put the system on the roof. After-sales stays on the line once monitoring is live.
We generally complete installation within 5 to 7 working days of receiving your deposit on an accepted quote. Admin keeps the calendar and paperwork moving so that window holds.
Office hours are Business hours 09:00 - 16:00. Sales and standby cover beyond that when a live system needs attention.
